We will continue to provide tailored technical support to all of our partners to achieve viable and suitable outcomes in an increasingly complex & challenging climate.

This is pursued by:

Providing specialist operational advice to investors, financiers, commissioners in local and health authorities, brokers, developers of specialised supported housing, providers of social care and providers of social housing;

• Capturing revenue to offset capital investment via technical expertise, compliant with governments regulatory frameworks;
• Providing high levels of technical advice on service charge definitions and eligibility, having regard to relevant regulatory frameworks;
• Providing intelligence and analysis of local of market positions with regard to Sheltered Accommodation, Extra Care, and Specialised Supported Housing.

With over 15 years of experience in social and supported housing, we have developed a deep understanding of the sector and are particularly expert in housing benefit regulatory frameworks and case law.
